The Lindale/Silver Creek Ministerial Association is a joint

effort of the local churches to reach out the our local

community.  One of the projects sponsored by the Association is a clothes closet.  It is housed in the basement of the Lindale United Methodist Church and is open the 1st and 3rd Saturday  of each month, from 9am until noon.  There is a need for volunteers to staff the closet on Saturday, organize clothing and help distribute clothing.  So, please think about giving of your time to help others in our community.  To volunteer speak to anyone on the Mission Committee today!

The church works together to landscape a local school playground!  !

Wear it, then Share it! 

The Nightgown Project was kicked off in March.  This project aims to collect used nightgowns to share with those terminal ill patients.  These gowns will be collected in the bin located in the back hall.  Each gown will be altered...cut down the back, hemmed and Velcro attached. This will allow the patient to have a quick and less painful change of nightwear.
